- Cookies. Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies required to deliver the site securely.
3. Payroll and employee data
KindWage processes payroll on behalf of employers. In that role we handle personal information about your employees and contractors, including their names, addresses, Social Security numbers or taxpayer identification numbers, wages, withholding elections, and bank account details.
We act on the employer’s instructions. Employers decide who is paid, how much, and when. We process employee information to carry out those instructions and to meet the filing obligations that come with them.
Where it goes. Employee information is transmitted to our payroll processing provider, which executes payments and files returns, and to federal, state, and local tax authorities as required by law. Employees receive their own access to view pay stubs and year-end forms.
We do not sell employee information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than as described in Section 5 and as required by law.
Employee requests. Employees who want to access or correct their information should contact their employer, who controls the payroll record. We will assist employers in responding to those requests.
4. How we use information
- To determine whether a business is eligible for our service, and to contact you about your inquiry.
- To provide, operate, and maintain payroll services, including calculating, paying, and filing payroll taxes.
- To provide customer support.
- To send service communications such as security notices and material changes to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.
